Eddie Hall has competed Nationally for three straight years, reaching First in Maryland, and 14th in the country.

Class Descriptions

All In One-Body Fitness: Strengthen & shape your entire body and core while boosting cardio and endurance.
Cardio/Barre Fusion: Achieve a slim, strong, sculpted dancer’s body with the HOT heart/body/mind workout! A unique, high energy/no impact class that combines Barre work, light weights, and constant fat burning motion.
Body Blast: A total body experience, focusing on toning and burning fat with weights/resistance training and cardio drills to keep you moving and your heart pumping.
Body Explosion: Aerobic calorie burner to keep your body in shape. Traditional cardio followed by weights and strengthening exercises are used to sculpt the body.
Body Shape: NON-AEROBIC – Class for slimming, defining, strengthening, and stretching the body. Great for toning hips, thighs, buttocks, abdominal muscles, waist, arms, and lower back.
Flex & Stretch: This class supports two primary functions of fitness – flexibility and core stability. With a focus on dynamic alignment, exercises will strengthen abs, back, hip and shoulders. Stretches will be incorporated throughout the class. Low intensity.
Cardio Combo: One hour of pure FUN! Aerobics, Zumba, Step and more to get an amazing workout with great variety. Strength training included for extra toning! Interval format may be used.
Cardio & Step: Excellent fat and calorie burning class for all levels of fitness including aerobics and step for beneficial results! Body sculpting and abdominal exercises are included for additional fat burning and toning.

Hatha Yoga: Promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation, focusing on the union of the mind and body.
